I was getting ready to start a new job transfer, and we needed to close on a house in one month, and honestly didn't think it was possible for the type of house that we wanted in the area where we wanted, but I was proven incorrectly...Along came Tyler, as I'd like to say, was the savior to our dilemma. When we decided to sell the rental house we had owned for 27 years, we knew Tyler would be the one to help us. We had our own ideas of our to fix the house for sale, but Tyler convinced us that we really needed to do certain things to make it sell. So we followed his advice and the house was sold in two weeks. Considering the economy we thought this was great. When we decide to sell our last rental house, we will certainly call on Tyler again. We moved to Richmond from Baton Rouge. We came up for only a couple of days to find a place to stay. I met Tyler in May 2010 when I casually inquired on a house I noticed on craigslist. He was available almost immediately to show me the house and even though I was not even looking to buy...I put in an offer. The house was a short sale so Tyler was there every step of the way updating me and pushing the bank for a response to the offer. I had the good fortune to meet Tyler Rackley in Richmond, Virginia in October of 2009.  My brothers and I, after meeting with him and two other realtors were in total agreement that we wanted Tyler to represent us in the selling of our father's house.
