Tyler is really on the ball. His knowledge of the area and the business is also superb. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted out of a home and a neighborhood. In the beginning when we were "just looking at our options" he was comfortable at our pace and in no time did he try and push us into a place. Then when we were ready to make an offer he kicked it into high gear and we are now in our new home. As we entered into the final days before the closing he was there to ensure that all the pieces were in place. There are several little things that can hang you up, and potentially push back a closing date. Tyler was there to head them off and we bought our house on time.
When it came time to sell our old home - Tyler had that system down too. Within three days of hitting the market our old house had an offer in. He was able to take care of all the issues and inspections that come up in selling a home, so that we could focus on settling in to our new one.
